Dr. William Elder
President and CEODr. William (Bill) Elder has extensive experience in the electronics manufacturing arena, primarily focused in the semiconductor equipment space. Most notably, Bill founded Genus, Inc., a semiconductor equipment company that he took public in 1988 with 3 pioneering manufacturing technologies for semiconductor silicon wafer fabrication; Tungsten Thin Films; MEV Ion Implant; and Atomic Layer Deposition. Genus merged with AIXTRON, AG, a German Semiconductor Equipment Company in 2005.

Richard Chenoweth
Vice President of Global Sales & MarketingMr Chenoweth brings over 30 years of experience in international sales and technical marketing to Maskless Lithography. Mr. Chenoweth has a wealth of PCB industry knowledge in both North America and throughout Asia, particularly China. He has held senior management positions at Sanmina-SCI, GBM, Flextronics and most recently at Foxconn; where he built a successful global sales organization for Foxconn Advanced Technology. Mr Chenoweth is a graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Dr. Dan Meisburger
Chief Technical Officer, FounderDr. Dan Meisburger has more than 20 years experience in managing and developing lithography and metrology products for the semiconductor manufacturing process. Prior to founding Maskless Lithography, Dan held senior roles at Ultratech Stepper, IBM, Hewlett-Packard and KLA-Tencor where he was responsible for developing the world's first high-speed electron beam wafer inspection machine. Throughout his career, Dan has published over 20 papers and been awarded 15 patents.

Mark Wolfenbarger
National Sales ManagerMr. Wolfenbarger is a 22-year veteran of the PCB industry, having held a number of key executive sales positions with some of the industry's top companies, including Hadco, Sanmina-SCI, and Foxconn. Prior to entering the PCB industry, Mark spent 14 years with Texas Instruments in a variety of Operations and Procurement assignments.
